Check in is from 2pm onwards & check out is at 11am to allow us to prepare the room for the next guests.
Breakfast is served between 7.30am - 9.30am, Monday to Friday & 8.30am - 10.30am Saturday to Sunday. If breakfast is required before these times a Continental breakfast can be delivered to you room and should be ordered on the previous evening. Prices charged are fro from only and breakfast can be taken at an extra charge. Continental breakfast is charged at £6.95 per person and Cooked breakfast is charged at £11.95. To book a table in our restaurant please contact us directly to ensure a table is secured. We may not be able to reserve a table for you at your time of arrival. Pleae note that the restaurant is closed, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Our 5 course menu is available at £44.50 per person, however we offer a reduced menu for residents on a Wednesday and Thursday evening only. Main course priced at £28, Main course with either a starter or dessert £35.
Available from 10am to midnight Tuesday - Saturday only.
Sandwiches served on either white of brown bread with a salad garnish and crisps.

A selection of coffees and teas are available £3.95 per person.
Drinks from the bar are available all week.
After 6pm a hot meal can be served in your room. Please see the current restaurant menu. Please note that there will be a supplement of £5.00 per person for this service.
Laundry can be arranged, usually retuned on the same day, please ask.
An iron and ironing board are available on request. Alternatively, if you would rather, we are able to iron garments for you, please ask.

Payment can be made using cash and the following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Payment is not taken at the time of booking regardless whether you made your booking through our direct channel, Booking.com or LateRooms.com. Therefore payment will need to be made at time of departure (when you will be presented with an invoice).
Book online through our website or directly in person to ensure the best room rate available.
Booking must be cancelled 3 day before 23:30 on the day of check to avoid full payment being taken. If booking was made directly with us, please contact us to cancel your booking. However, if booking was made through any other channel (i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or LateRooms.com), the booking must be cancelled with the booking agent to avoid the full booking cost being charged.
We have our own car park at the rear of the property which is secured with a gate. We make no charge for this service and we do not accept liability for loss of damage sustained while vehicles are using the car park. Please click here for car parking directions.
The restaurant and Rooms 7 & 8 are on the ground floor and can be accessed from the front of the property.
However there are steps down to the property if accessing from the car park.
Room 2 is situated in the main house and has internal stairs to the room.
Room 3 is also situated in the main house and has stairs to the room. Please note that this room is split level, the bathroom is on the 1st floor and the main bedroom is above.
Rooms 5 & 6 on the courtyard are accessed through an external staircase.
May we politely ask that guests do not smoke in the bedrooms, lounge or restaurant areas, as it is against the law to smoke in public areas. Guests are welcome however, to use out terrace area.
Complimentary wifi is available throughout the property.
We are happy to return items left in our rooms, although please note a flat fee of £10 including postage will apply. Items of high value or which require special delivery may be subject to a higher cost. Please contact us directly to ensure the return of your items and to take payment.
