Sebastians is an award winning 17th Century town centre Restaurant with Rooms. Mark Sebastian & Michelle Fisher have enjoyed welcoming their guests for over 28 years, who invariably return for the exceptional hospitality and comfort that is the "Sebastians Experience".
There are six en-suite bedrooms, each with its own delightful character, with oak beams and brass or four-poster beds. All are individually furnished in keeping with the period of this historic building.
Sebastians is renowned across Shropshire for its high standard, both in the cuisine it serves and intimate, informal surroundings. Guests can enjoy an aperitif by the log fire in the winter, or during the summer months outside on the terrace. Followed by a wonderful dining experience in the oak-panelled restaurant. The monthly-changing set price menu with choices takes you through five courses of well-crafted, French-inspired dishes.
Sebastian Fisher, Chef/Patron is a classically trained chef who worked throughout Europe before opening Sebastians. Michelle and her team personally welcome each guest on arrival and ensure a relaxed and intimate dining experience.
This has earned Sebastians a long standing two AA Rosettes, two forks in the Michelin guide, places in various guides including Sawdays, the Good Food Guide and five star reviews on Trip Advisor.
So whether dining in the restaurant or relaxing in one of our individual rooms you can always be assured of a truly memorable experience at Sebastians.
